A leading Housing Developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a new build timber frame site in Bathgate, Edinburgh. This house builder is renowned for their high-quality builds and offers excellent progression and development opportunities.
Job Duties:- Oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage relationships with suppliers
- Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor quality control and compliance with building regulations
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Minimum of 3 years' experience in site management within the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:- Expertise in timber frame new build housing
- Strong understanding of house building processes
- Familiarity with NHBC standards
The role involves working on-site in various weather conditions and may require occasional travel to different project locations.
