A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in in the City of London by Bank. CBW are currently looking for a Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer to be based in a corporate, blue chip commercial office building based in the city of London by Bank. The successful candidate will be Mechanically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record working within a blue-chip commercial building maintenance environment.
Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000 for further training and career progression.
Duties:
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers - Re-set
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
- 4on 4off - DAYS SHIFT
- Up to £48,000
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Overtime available
- Company pension
- Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
- A proven track record in Building Maintenance
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Leadership & Management skills
- Previous experience in healthcare is highly desirable
