Project Management & Data Analytics Specialist

  • Office in Central London
  • Hybrid working. Monday - Fri: 9-5pm.
  • We are looking for someone who is comfortable with analysing data, stakeholder management, can work independently and comfortable using excel.

Overview:

To support our continued growth as a people first organisation we are looking to recruit an individual who will play a pivotal role in optimising operational goals and best practices through project management and analysing and leveraging data to enhance and maintain processes, in doing so contributing towards our ambition, ensuring we deliver sales growth and exceptional colleague, candidate and client experiences.

The individual will be reporting into the Operational Excellence and Transformation Director and will be required to work closely with the Operational teams, a broad range of stakeholders across Experis and MPG to ensure consistency and effectiveness of approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse existing business processes using current data reporting methods (Bullhorn, PowerBI, MSD Data etc) and workflows to identify and implement process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, streamline processes, and implement efficiency enhancements
  • Manage delegated projects, including engaging and mobilising the operational teams to increase NPS responses and improve scores
  • Develop and implement process documentation and supporting materials to ensure widespread understanding and adherence to optimised workflows
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements, making adjustments as needed
  • Tracking measurement and report their impact on the broader business success
  • Utilise advanced data analytics techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets
  • Develop and maintain key performance dashboards to monitor and analyse performance
  • Create visually appealing and on-brand design elements for various Operational Excellence and Transformation purposes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions
  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all Experis materials and platforms

Skills/ Qualifications needed:

  • Intermediate to advanced excel and other o365 skills
  • Proficiency in , Bullhorn, Power Automate, PowerBI and SharePoint
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Leverage data and analytics generated to measure and improve impact of interventions
  • To communicate with purpose and consistency and to intentionally develop personally and empower others to do the same
