A respected architectural and urban design consultancy have enjoyed a prosperous 2024 which is looking in the same shape for next year. They have a good blend of housing and mixed use projects at different stages and need further technical expertise to continue steering them in the right direction.
Playing a lead role you will run projects 'post planning' to completion and oversee and internal team. You will produce high quality detailed drawings within timeframes and work with external consultants.
You will have a sound knowledge of 'construction influences' and be competent in working with clients. Its important you have the ability to work across multiple projects and have proficient with either AutoCAD or REVIT.
