We are the largest independent Irish provider of Logistics, and Sales and Marketing. What We Do

We move one million boxes per week, we have over 1.75 million square foot of warehousing and we employ over eight hundred employees across the Group, from warehouse operatives, transport drivers, field sales representatives and many support roles based in our Head Office Campus located in Ashbourne, Co. Meath. Primeline is multifaceted, and we operate across many industries including FMCG, retail, pharmacy, media, automotive, print, ambient food and technology and we provide innovative supply chain solutions to companies operating in Ireland. We currently service over 4500 retailers.

This is a true generalist role that embodies everyday learning by being involved in all aspects of the Colleague Lifecycle through Design, Execution & Embedding. Building meaningful & real relationships with multiple stakeholders is key to succeeding in this role. The areas you will influence and support include: Onboarding & Engagement, Leadership Development, Reward & Recognition, Culture & People Planning. What Will Your Day to Day Look Like?

 

      You will be a strategic partner to the business, working closely with managers & business leads to execute the people strategy.

      You will partner with the Group Talent Manager on recruitment campaigns and support the recruitment process by conducting interviews and working with agencies if required, and be an advocate for our apprenticeship scheme

      You will be a support to colleagues throughout the employment lifecycle.

      You will partner with the L&D Lead on training and development programmes.

      You will deliver training as and when required - including; annual performance reviews, Strandum (HR System), absence management, new policies and cascading to the relevant management/teams.

      You will play a pivotal role in  Executing Change & Formal change management programmes from initial concepts to execution

      You will be crucial in Employee Relations support to Line Managers and  required to keep up to date with any legislative changes.

      You will partner with business leads on the  annual and quarterly bonus process - you will be responsible for the coordination and sign off of quarterly field bonus through payroll.

      You will be the owner of the full process through to payroll for any protected leave such as maternity, paternity & parental,

      You will liaise with 3rd party legal advisors when required.

      You will support the HR Team with any initiatives and project related work.

      You will deliver and work with leaders for award submissions under the Primeline Values.

      You will oversee the performance review process & annual TDR process.

      You will attend sales and finance meetings as required as a business partner.

      You will be a champion for Employee Engagement either through our employee engagement survey or other initiatives

Qualifications: Primary Degree in relevant discipline, masters desirable Member of CIPD (or related) desirable Experience: You will have 7years + in a Generalist Role
