Job Opportunity: Junior Technical Sales - HVAC
Position: Office-based Leeds

Join our client's dynamic team specialising in delivering top-quality HVAC solutions for various construction projects nationwide. They pride themselves on excellence and strong client relationships. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical HVAC Sales professional to join their sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Manage Opportunities: Spot and manage new quoting opportunities to ensure timely and accurate responses to potential clients, prioritising tasks to meet business goals.
  • Client Follow-up: Proactively follow up on quotes sent to clients, addressing queries, providing additional information, and securing project approvals.
  • Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities by researching market trends, networking, and leveraging industry connections to generate leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and establish new connections to expand the company's client base.
  • Pre-Qualification Questionnaires: Accurately complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) for new clients to ensure compliance with their requirements and increase the chances of winning new contracts.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and update the company's social media platforms to promote services, engage with clients, and enhance the business's online presence.
  • Client Meetings: Attend meetings with potential new clients to present the company's services, understand their needs, and offer tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports on estimating and work pipeline activities to the Operations Manager, ensuring clear communication and effective planning.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of the HVAC industry preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
