ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering effective recruitment solutions and strategies to support our growing teams. You will use your expertise to discover top talent across multiple specialisms including, Property Management, Building Consultancy, Accounting and ESG.

This is a highly engaging and varied role where no two days are the same. You will have autonomy over a wide range of highly skilled positions, managing the candidate journey from application through to offer.

You will be partnering closely with hiring teams to understand the details of their requirements, work with them to establish suitable recruitment strategies, deliver advise on best practice, all with the interest of matching talent to our established culture and values.

Your ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential in this role. The delivery of clear and accurate communication is paramount.

You should be friendly, professional and thorough in your approach, and remain positive despite recruiting in some challenging markets.

You will need to be organised and have the ability to juggle multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. We expect you to go the extra mile to understand trends and candidate expectations within our markets, delivering accurate information and advice to hiring managers.

You will be the first point of contact for candidates and be motivated to deliver the best possible service and candidate journey. This is a fast-paced environment so your ability to adapt to moving priorities and deadlines is essential. 

Other duties will include:

  • Design and create resourcing plans and accurate job descriptions.
  • Create and control vacancies via our ATS, Workable. You will also need to help provide advice and support to hiring teams while using the portal. 
  • Support and train the hiring managers in delivering best practice recruitment and interviewing methods to ensure consistency throughout the process.
  • Creative thinking to help recruit directly, using various job boards, social media channels and developing tools such as AI.
  • Assist in managing the annual graduate and apprenticeship recruitment campaigns.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager and Marketing team to deliver creative content to help build the firm’s brand awareness.
  • Coordinate interviews on behalf of hiring teams.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Previous experience working in a similar recruitment role in a professional services environment.

Confident to lead recruitment campaigns including hosting interviews, conveying offers of employment and delivering candidate feedback when required. Proving ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of seniority.

Commercial acumen. Always looking for creative ways to fill our requirements directly, helping reduce agency spend and time to hire.

Help manage external agency relationships and monitor the firm’s PSL.

Proven experience working with Workable or a similar ATS is beneficial.

Comfortable to work autonomously with a flexible and collaborative culture

Salary range: £30,000 - £35,000
