Operations and Compliance Coordinator
Location: Burton upon Trent
Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a leading chemical manufacturing business? Seeking a dynamic Compliance Coordinator with a strong background in chemical or highly regulated manufacturing industries.
What You'll Do:
- Generate and review manufacturing risk assessments in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- Review and maintain plant manuals and SOPs, working closely with the production team.
- Partner with the HSE team to ensure seamless HSEQ implementation.
- Engage in hands-on work to support the entire team in compliance, risk assessment, and safety procedures.
- Play a pivotal role in the change management process, requiring excellent verbal communication skills.
What We Need:
- Proven experience in the chemical or highly regulated manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk assessments, and safety protocols.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
