We're looking for another Logistics superstar to join our growing team as an Operations Exec. In this role you will provide vital support to the supply chain function managing the day-to-day supply of our cocktails into the hands of our growing customer and consumer base. This is a key role that will cover the end-to-end supply chain process, helping to unlock the full growth potential for our business.

Our ideal candidate will be excited about the world of supply chain and logistics. You will be proficient at excel with an enthusiastic attitude to learning new skills and systems. You’ll also have excellent time management and problem-solving skills, helping us meet our fulfilment targets and deliver exemplary service to our customers. 

 

We are looking for someone who is analytical, reliable and confident talking to our suppliers and customers to build strong relationships. You will thrive on finding new and more efficient ways of working, through cost and time saving initiatives. 

Responsibilities

  • Support the customer ordering & delivery process completing all actions on time 
  • Ensure stock replenishment to customer facing warehouses against the demand forecast 
  • Understand and manage the consignment stock process from inventory to invoicing 
  • Manage our customer supply queries and day-to-day comms 
  • Continuous improvement of current processes 
  • Identifying cost saving initiatives within our supply chain 
  • Work with the sales team to understand impact of seasonality and promotional activity

Experience 

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills 
  • Interest in Supply and Logistics (experience working in supply or logistics a bonus but not essential) 
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
