Requirements

 

Here’s what the role looks like:

  • Maximo configuration: Knowledge on Maximo Asset Management system support.
  • Maximo Application installation & configuration experience
  • Data feeds and automation scripts
  • Maximo Integration
  • Improving User experience
  • Maximo testing
  • Reporting
  • Good familiarity with Windows operating systems (Client and Server)
  • Experience of application licensing services
  • Good working knowledge of IT change management processes and principles
  • Strong customer orientated approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with individuals up to Senior Leadership level and external vendors
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organisation, taking time to get to know and understand customers, gaining their trust and respect
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under sustained pressure with conflicting demands and respond to fast changing circumstances
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven documentation skills
  • Ability to be self-supporting and proactive
  • An awareness of emerging technologies and demonstrable desire to stay current
  • Experience and understanding of working within an ITIL environment

Other Desirable skills :

Automation/scripting skills: csharp, Python (desirable)

Familiar with Agile & DevOps

Fast learner and delivery-focused
