The role:

We are looking grow our team of outbound callers who will be reaching out to our customers who might have issues with their plans or to offer them new products or services. The emphasis is on service and welfare; finding out why customers are having issues and reminding them of the benefits offered. 

Requirements

About you:

You are a strong team player with a friendly and approachable nature.  You have a confident telephone manner and a passion for delivering first class customer service.

Highly desirable

  • Experience in a call centre environment.
  • Experience in the veterinary industry.

This role is based in our office in Bournemouth, and the hours are 37.5 hours a week, between the hours of 10am to 6pm. Hybrid working is available on successful completion of probation.
