You will be joining a leading business in the compliance market with services across water treatment, air hygiene and fire and security

From chemical formulations to wastewater treatment plant design and installation, we offer a complete package of products and services to suit our client needs.


Responsibilities
  • Utilise your extensive experience in chemical sales or a related field to develop and implement effective sales strategies, sales targets and objectives
  • Demonstrate your tenacity and willingness to convert sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads (many pre-qualified), prospecting and networking with potential customers
  • For account management you will have the skills to further strengthen relationships with existing clients whilst also looking to further grow business from these customers
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and engineering teams to deliver compelling proposals to suit clients needs.
  • Utilise your negotiation skills to prepare and negotiate sales contracts, pricing agreements, and proposals in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Requirements

We believe that your attitude and demonstration of previous success are the most important requirement for this role. Suitable training will be given to support you in this success.

  • You will ideally be from an effluent, water treatment or chemical sales background including potential experience in engineering solutions. Other applicants with technical based sales background will also be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to rapidly build a strong rapport with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets, using your experience to drive results
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a tenacious attitude and excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Preferably experience in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage the sales cycle
  • Must hold a Full UK driving license.
