We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie for a very busy fresh food focused, award winning pub in Hove, East Sussex.

This award winning small group pub-restaurants is individually styled, serving local, seasonal high quality food to a very high standard.

Your role as a Chef de Partie will include:

The successful Chef de Partie will have:

• Have at least 18 months experience in a similar role
• A background in a BUSY gastro pub or similar
• Great cooking ability
• Thrive in the busy kitchen environment
• A great personality
