Description

As Regional HR BP you will be responsible for;

  • Partner with SLT across region to coach, manage and upskill on HR issues
  • Develop regional people plan in line with wider group people strategy
  • Focus on Talent Management including workforce and succession planning
  • Partner with other areas of People team
  • Identify and work closely with L&D team to identify training needs and strategy
  • Focus on Employee engagement
  • Lead on complex ER casework

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Proven track record operating at HR BP/Senior HR BP level
  • CIPD qualified
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Open to travel across region
  • Some home working
  • Strong Strategic HR BP experience

Job Offer
