Description
As Regional HR BP you will be responsible for;
- Partner with SLT across region to coach, manage and upskill on HR issues
- Develop regional people plan in line with wider group people strategy
- Focus on Talent Management including workforce and succession planning
- Partner with other areas of People team
- Identify and work closely with L&D team to identify training needs and strategy
- Focus on Employee engagement
- Lead on complex ER casework
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Proven track record operating at HR BP/Senior HR BP level
- CIPD qualified
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Open to travel across region
- Some home working
- Strong Strategic HR BP experience
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate;
- 60-70k DOE
- Field based with hybrid working
