Project Manager - High End Fit Out & Joinery Specialists

My client have an outstanding reputation in the high end fit out & joinery sector with over 40 years of experience. Due to their previous project success, they have a strong order book specifically in the high end residential or leisure projects such as hotels, apartments, and restaurants.

Currently they are seeking a project manager who has previous experience in high end fit out & joinery projects. Ideally you would have also worked on high end residential or leisure projects such as hotels, apartments, and restaurants ranging up to £10m+.

Project Manager Requirements:

• Extensive project management experience on fit out/joinery projects
• Experience managing contracts circa £10M + as a Project Manager.
• Third level qualification in a construction related subject or trades background with extensive management experience.
• Fully competent in H&S.
• CSCS Black Card is desirable.
