Our client is a leading specialist in fit-out and bespoke joinery, catering to the luxury residential, commercial, and hotel sectors. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects, they are looking for a experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage fit-out and joinery projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fit-out and joinery industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field are desirable.






Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the fit-out and joinery sectors.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
