Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Package: £30,000 - £40,000 car allowance
Overview
- Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor within the refurbishment/social housing sector, and they are a company that prides themselves on keeping a family feel within the business.
- This is a Tier One Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
- Due to an impressive growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Senior QS on Reactive Maintenance projects.
Duties
- Alongside the Senior QS, you will be focusing on Reactive Maintenance work.
- Procurement of supply chain and placing orders
- Assessing and processing supply chain payment
- Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company.
- Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time.
Requirements
- Ideally Social Housing experience but not essential.
- Degree Qualified
- Main Contractor experience
- Driver’s Licence
