Civil Law Solicitor/Legal Executive/Experienced

Looking for an experienced civil litigation caseworker to help grow and expand a civil law department. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity for you to develop your career to a senior position within the company.
Minimum Requirement of the Role
In order to be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of running their own civil law caseload from start to finish in the following areas: • Commercial Contractual Disputes / Breach of Contracts • Contentious Probate • Professional Negligence • Landlord and Tenant Disputes Experience in the following is desirable but not essential: • Neighbour Disputes • Boundary Disputes • Employment Law The successful applicant will have a caseload of their own with specific targets and KPIs to meet.
Full-time position Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm with one hour (unpaid) for lunch
Holidays: 25 days holiday and in addition paid time off for Bank holidays. Holiday entitlement increases after 5 years of service by 1 day per year up to a maximum of an additional 5 days
