Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: London
Salary: £60K - £65K 

The Role:

-Lead the installation of shell and core run outs, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Overseeing the Mechanical Labour working on site
-Manage the installation of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and ductwork throughout the facility.
-Demonstrate expertise in working with carbon and copper materials for chilled and low-temperature hot water (LTHW) systems.

- 30+ years experience delivering MEP projects in Northern Ireland and London.
- Offices based in Northern Ireland.
- Currently at around 100 employees
- This company is currently at around £55m turnover per annum.
- This hire is due to the company growth. Winning more and more work.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Experience with plant rooms and installing shell and core run outs is essential
- Will have 5+ years experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor.
- Will have previous experience working with commercial projects up to the value of £3m (Mechanical).
- Will hold a SSSTS
- Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Will have excellent communication skills.
