The role
- Working as part of the People Helpdesk Team dealing with queries from internal colleagues.
- Dealing with a variety of queries all related to people/ HR.
- Answering queries via the phone and e-mail.
- Escalating any queries to relevant Managers/ Teams where required.
- Using software such as Workday, ticketing and tracking systems.
- Assisting with updating intranet and FAQ's.
What you need
- Either a recent degree in Human Resources or similar, or a minimum of 2 years experience within a contact centre role.
- Must be IT savvy, ideally with Excel.
- A basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Ideally knowledge/ experience of Workday.
