Our client, a prominent figure in the water industry, is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Slinger to join their project team in Durham, Newcastle. This role is specifically designed for night shifts, making it ideal for those who excel in nocturnal operations..
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe and efficient handling and moving of materials on site during night shifts.
- Operate under strict safety standards while managing the rigging of loads
- Coordinate with operational team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Maintain clear communication with all team members to enhance safety and efficiency.
- Monitor and adhere to all regulatory and safety compliance measures.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Slinger, ideally within the water industry or similar fields.
- Must possess valid CPCS and CSCS cards.
- Capable of working the designated long night shifts (10-12 hours).
- A strong commitment to safety protocol and teamwork.
