Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Administrator. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for providing customer support along with general administrative duties.

Duties to include but are not limited to -

  • Providing sales quotes
  • Sales order processing
  • Dealing with customer queries, emails about orders and deliveries
  • Answering the telephone, intercom, greeting customers
  • Liaising with the production team and other departments
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Assisting other colleagues in the team
  • Filing

Experience & Skills required

  • Experience in Customer Service and Administration
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Microsoft office including, outlook, excel and word
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
