Customer Service Advisor
8th July start date
£13 per hour, weekly pay
6 month contract initially
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours
Edinburgh - Hybrid

Our customer service team are the heart of what we do. It's a very busy and fast paced team but they deliver and extremely high level of customer service to our customers. You will make the most of every interaction, responding to customer's queries, resolve issues and provide a first-time resolution via phone, email or live chat.


What will you be doing?
* Responding to customers via inbound calls, emails and live chat
* Providing a first class service at all times
* Discussing the products and services we offer
* Logging accurate data into spreadsheets
* Requesting information via call or letter to help customers


What experience do you need?
* Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
* Working in a team environment
* Following company policies and procedures
* Meeting targets in a fast paced role
* Dealing with complex queries
