Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 (Dependent on experience)

The role of the Technical Sales Manager – Fenestration & Roofing Systems will involve:

• Technical Sales position selling a high end range of manufactured: aluminium and uPVC windows & doors, roof lanterns, skylights, glass roof systems, curtain walling
• Your time will be spent selling into: fenestration contractors, roofing contractors, architects, housebuilders, installers
• Selling the companies own brands as well as: Schuco, Aluk, Pirnar & Liniar
• Typical order values you will deal with range between £20,000 - £500,000
• Responsible for coaching and developing a team of 5 sales people
• Build and implement new sales strategies in order to increase business growth
• Sending quotes for more complex orders such as curtain walling
• Managing larger key accounts to encourage repeat business

The ideal applicant will be Technical Sales Manager – Fenestration & Roofing Systems with:

• Must have technical sales experience in construction, ideally fenestration or roofing
• Would consider a less technically minded sales manager providing they work in the fenestration or roofing industry currently
• Must have experience coaching and developing a sales team, setting KPI’s etc.
• Ideally proficient in CAD and able to produce and interpret drawings
• Experience with LogiKal and/or window designer highly beneficial
• Excellent planning, organisation, time management skills
