**GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE**
**GRAVE DIGGING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED**
My client and I are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operaticve to join their team on a 6 month, temp to perm contract.
We are looking for somebody who:
- Is qualified to use mechanical excavators
- Capable of operating all grounds maintenance equipment
- Has strong health & safety knowledge
- Is confident over seeing a team of staff and managing their responsibilities
In this position you will:
- Maintain working relationships with internal and external partners
- Manage four cemetries and 5 churchyards daily
- Be responsible for health and safety in the work place
- Manage operational staff with performance, training, recruitment and allocation of resources and equipment
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- FULL DRIVING LICENCE
