We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Contract Manager to our clients team. As a Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of their maintenance services, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of buildings, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
• The buildings are a mixture of High end residential and commercial office space
• Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of services.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during contract execution.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager in the building services maintenance industry.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant certifications or industry qualifications are essential.

Compensation:

• Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday entitlement + Bank Holidays
