Job Description:

• Manage and oversee national fit out projects up to £500,000
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of fit out projects and associated regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
