Job Title:    Factory Production Operative
Salary:         £22,000 - £30,000 + monthly profit bonus
Location:      Watford
Contract:    Permanent
Hours:        Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week) 8.00am - 4.00pm

COMPANY PROFILE

Our client, a small family business that has a long-established presence in the industrial coating industry are looking for a Production Operator who is keen to learn an exciting new skill.  They currently service over 20 countries and due to recent significant growth, they are now looking to expand their team.  They are looking for a committed individual to join their team. 

SKILLS REQUIRED

To have a minimum of two years manufacturing experience
Strong communication skills
The ability to work individually, and within a team
To be able to Multi-Task
To work flexibly in the work place
To be able to react quickly and accurately to verbal and written instructions
To have a strong grasp of written and spoken English
To be highly motivated and hard working
To be punctual
Preferably Clean Shaven
Preferably to have some supervisory experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manufacturing Paint Products
Pumping paint into tins
Canning paint using bailing technique
Using scales.
Computer Data Entry
Maintaining a Clean Working Area
Liaising with Co-workers
Stock Control
Complying with health & safety procedures
All PPE will be supplied.
