My local authority client in Kent are looking to bring on a damp and mould surveyor for a 6 month contract. The role is paying £38 per hour.
The perfect candidate will have experience in:
- Working on social housing, and in particular carrying out diagnostic inspections, writing technical reports and preparing a schedule of works.
- Damp and Mould
- Disrepair
- Delivering an efficient repairs and maintenance service.
