Client Manager required. My client is a well-established accountancy practice based in the Altrincham area, who provide a personal and professional accounting service to all of their clients. They are currently seeking an Client Manager to join the team to help manage the workload.

• Be the point of contact to our clients over email, on the phone and in person
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues/clients
• Delegate workload to the appropriate team member
• Undertake some booking duties and VAT work
• Ensure all work is completed to the agreed deadlines and budgets, and keep clients up to date
• Take care of general adhoc admin duties as and when they arise

The ideal candidate will be confident dealing with clients face-to-face, over the phone and through email, and will be AAT/ACCA/ACA qualified/part-qualified.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working in an accountancy practice
• AAT/ACCA/ACA qualified/part-qualified
• Excellent accountancy knowledge
• A highly organised and ambitious individual

• £32,000-£40,000 basic salary (depending on experience

This is a fully office-based role so suitable candidate will have a reasonable commute to the Altrincham area.
