Client Services Manager

The Opportunity:

Our client is a leading digital media solutions agency, they provide installations throughout the UK, Europe and Australia and work with some of the biggest brands in the UK. What you’ll do:

• Work with clients on a daily basis to review creative and content briefs
• Work with the in-house studio to produce content for all customer stores
• Work with customers' own design and creative team to collaborate on content for delivery
• Deal with multiple suppliers, contractors and customers
• Manage your own workload
• One or two days per month will be spent working from the customer HQ in London
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends

What you’ll need:

• Excellent written and oral communication
• Excitement for technology and how it can deliver support to customers
• Good with IT
• Client facing experience
• Previous marketing/agency experience is desired
• Passion for branding and creative development
• Understanding of digital outputs, file formats and content resolutions
• A creative eye for flare and advertising passion if preferred but not essential
• Excellent organisational skills
• Flexible to meet client demands
