Assistant Quantity Surveyor

£28,000 - £35,000 + Car Allowance

TS Recruitment are working with a leading refurbishment Contractor based in the North West who are now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You will have at least 1 years experience post university.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities of the Assistant / Quantity Surveyor:

- Execute hands-on delivery of quantity surveying services with a focus on project management.

- Lead projects, often coordinating our in-house multidisciplinary design services.

- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.

- Conduct technical reviews to ensure the quality of our services.

Skills:

- Ability to efficiently manage workload autonomously.

- Strong communication and client-facing skills.

- Positive and proactive attitude.

- Proficiency in technical quantity surveying concepts.

- Analytical mindset with advanced written and oral communication skills for producing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
