We are seeking a dynamic professional to help shape and drive our logistics and warehousing operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Establish and manage new storage facilities.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate logistical movements within the UK, EU, and internationally, including to the USA.
• Manage road, sea, and air freight operations.
• Ensure compliance with all customs regulations.
• Focus on environmental health and safety standards across all operations.
• Participate in the implementation of an ERP system to streamline business processes over the next six months.
• Lead and manage a team of four direct reports, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in warehouse management and logistics.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing warehouse procedures.
• Extensive experience with road, sea, and air freight logistics.
• Comprehensive knowledge of customs regulations.
• Demonstrated focus on environmental health and safety within warehouse and logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP system implementation is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A collaborative management style with experience in leading and developing a team.
