Site Manager - Projects in Newcastle
Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to manage a commercial office fit-out project. The project duration will be 22-weeks starting on the 01/07/24. Ideally need someone with experience with JCT contracts.
The site working hours are
Every Monday-Friday: 7:30 am - 18:30 pm
Every Saturday: 7:30 am - 17:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- You will be undertaking and setting out duties
- Supervision of teams on a day to day basis and liaising with company superiors.
- Management of trades & labour on site
- Holding site meetings
- Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met
- Ensuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level
Requirements:
- Site management experience
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- IT skills
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Experience with JCT contracts
- Commercial fit-out experience
Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS CARD
- First Aid at Work
