EYFS Talent are currently working alongside an “Outstanding” Ofsted rated Nursery based in the borough of Barnet. This bright and vibrant nursery are seeking an experienced, qualified Nursery Deputy Manager. You will be joining and managing a talented, passionate, and enthusiastic team, whose goal is to improve the standard of childcare, guide and nurture the development of the future generation.

This amazing nursery is set a purpose built, bright building with wonderful décor, courtesy of the children. This helps stimulate children and staff alike. There are also great commuting options via local buses, Underground and Overground, with the closest station being Finchley Central.

This position is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7am-6:30pm, on a shift basis 7am-4pm or 9:30am-6:30pm. The salary range on offer is between £35,000 - £40,000pa, depending on experience.

To be considered for the positions you will need the following.

• Positive attitude, passion, and enthusiasm
• Proven track record as a Deputy Manager
• Experience within the childcare sector and willingness to learn
• Ability to train, instruct and delegate to staff
• Level 3 qualifications in Childcare
• Clear Enhanced DBS
• Ability to work on your own initiative and work as part of the already amazing team
