About the role

Are you a passionate leader with a vision for exceptional housing services?

THCH is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our Neighbourhoods & Income teams. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality housing management, income collection, and resident support.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team delivering housing, income, and tenancy support services.
  • Champion resident needs and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop innovative approaches to housing and income management.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and local authorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and achieve THCH's strategic goals.

About you
