Connect Appointments are recruiting an Administrator to join our Washington based client on a full time permanent basis.
Our client is a North Eastern based family business established in 1979 - retaining a service driven approach to logistics, whilst actively investing in dynamic IT systems for a user friendly, tracked and visible delivery service.
What's on offer:
- Permanent position - 45 hours
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00
- £13 per hour
- Full training on the in-house system
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support. Your Key Admin Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Providing general admin experience
- Answering calls from clients and customers
- Drafting emails
- Booking and arranging appointments
- Working with Microsoft Office and other individual software
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous administration experience
- Be proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office, with the ability to problem solve issues
- Great organisational and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
