Electronics Test Engineer – Petersfield, Hampshire – Permanent - £28k-£35k (Salary negotiable upwards for great candidate)
- 4-day working week – Monday to Thursday.
- The working pattern for the role is as follows:
- Monday to Wednesday 7am to 5pm
- Thursday 7am to 4.30pm
- Contracted hours per week 37.5
This role would suit an Electronics Test Engineer or Test Technician with good skills in testing PCB’s and fault finding down to component level.
You’ll play a pivotal role in production department and be a key player in a small and friendly team of staff.
Duties include:
- Testing of New Products, PCBs and Spares
- Fault finding down to component level
- Completion of root cause analysis
- Fully testing repaired products to ensure fully operational
- Assisting R&D with new product development, including prototype testing
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent understanding of analogue & digital electronic circuit diagrams
- Strong electronics fault-finding techniques
- Soldering skills (through hole and surface mount)
- A positive contribution to the company culture and team
