Production Supervisor

Our client, based in Washington, is looking for a Production Supervisor to manage a small production workshop.
Reporting to the Production Manager and/or Operations Director, responsibilities will include:
- Supervising a team of 5 individuals based within the workshop
- Driving results - keeping to schedules and targets
- Meetings with the customer on a weekly basis to discuss schedules
- Inventory management - managing the stock control within the ERP system
- Speaking to suppliers / chasing parts
- Able to write work instructions and follow quality plan
- Reading technical/engineering drawings
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience within a manufacturing background
- Able to read technical drawings
- Must be computer literate
- Able to support and drive results
- Excellent communication skills (confident speaking to customers)
The role is day shift alternating weeks - 06.00am - 2.00pm and 08.00am-4.00pm Monday to Friday.
