Your Role: As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will be at the heart of our students' educational experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Empower Students: Assist in the educational and social development of students with special needs, helping them to build confidence and independence.
  • Personalised Support: Implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs. Provide one-on-one or small group support to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Creative Engagement: Plan and deliver exciting lessons and activities that captivate and inspire students.
  • Positive Environment: Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as a key liaison between teachers, parents, and external professionals, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Track Progress: Monitor and record student progress, celebrating successes and identifying areas for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Professionals: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Experienced Individuals: Experience working with children with special educational needs is a plus.
  • Excellent Communicators: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
