Role Overview: As an experienced KS1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning in the early years of primary education. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, tailored to the needs of diverse student groups, and creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the KS1 curriculum, tailored to the needs and abilities of your students.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Develop and implement creative and interactive teaching strategies that motivate and inspire young learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to enhance student learning and well-being.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Participate in school activities, events, and extracurricular programs to enrich the student experience.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

Extensive experience as a KS1 Teacher with a proven track record of success.

Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for teaching and a dedication to student success.

Effective classroom management skills and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
