They are seeking 2 Service Engineers to join the Service Team and could look at Trainee BMS Engineers or experienced individuals.
A lot of their work is commercial buildings but do also look after private hospitals, data centres and a few high end residential buildings.
Progression is available as this business is expanding organically.
The role of a Service Engineer:
- To carry out PPMs on BMS systems across a range of systems and sites
- To fault find and carry out repairs
- To produce reports including strategy drawings, test results and modification drawings
- Working closely with the coordination teams and the Service Manager
- To work closely with customers and ensure they are happy with the work and to make them aware of the benefits and the savings
- Quoting for replacements of parts
- Be proactive with providing energy solutions and ideas
- MUST have experience with either Trend, Tridium, Distech, Delta or Siemens
