Working with an amazing Housing Association who is looking for a Head of Financial Accounting and Control to join the Finance team.
Location: London
On-site Requirements: Hybrid
Salary: 100k
Key skills and responsibilities:
- Strong accounting controls and reporting experience within a regulated environment
- Background and experience within financial accounting
- Experience leading a team
- Practical experience in the preparation of statutory accounts and management of year end audit process
- Experience in creating quarterly cashflow reports for regulators and lenders
- Develop and monitor financial reconciliations and KPI reporting
What you will need:
- To be couple years post qualification with ACA, ACCA, CCAB or CIMA
- Skills in developing and managing internal controls and financial policies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
