An IT Services Provider based in Watchfield, Near Swindon are looking for a Change Administrator to join their growing Change Management function. The function of this role is to assist the Change Manager and Change coordinator in progessing Change Requests for customers and to maintain and improve the Change Management function.

What you'll be doing if successful:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of the Change and processes for each Contract
- Day-to-day ticket management – Ensure tickets are kept up to date and customers are communicated with efficiently.
- Attend Change Advisory Board meetings and assist the Change Coordinator, taking minutes and updating tickets.
- Assist in the organization of Change scheduling, as well as task assignment.
- Drive the adoption of best practice standards and governance across the business.
- Working with the Change Manager and Change Coordinator to continually improve the Change Management process by being a point of contact for customer/internal feedback.
- Helping to provide regular in-depth refreshment training of the Change Management Process for customer and internal stakeholders

Essential skills:

- Administration experience 
- Organisational experience (event planning for example)
- Excellent communication skills including e-mail, face-t-face meetings and conference calls.
- Willing to provide feedback and use your initiative to improve working processes
- UK Passport holder with eligibility for SC Clearance
- Ability to be decisive and assertive when dealing with problems.
