 We are recruiting a site-based Reliability Engineer to join our team within the Musk Process Services division.  As the Reliability Engineer you will be required to improve productivity by ensuring our clients’ assets are effectively maintained and their plant is running reliably and safely. You will be based on site at our client’s premises in Stowmarket.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and eliminate failure modes across production assets though focused projects and improvements.
  • Understanding of Condition Monitoring Techniques (vibration, acoustic, thermography) to drive proactive/predictive maintenance.
  • Sound Understanding of Lubrication Principles.
  • Work closely with our client to ensure delivery of Condition Based Monitoring program and identify Energy saving opportunities.
  • Analysis and reporting of CMMS data for improvement opportunities (MTBF, MTTR etc)
  • Delivery of Site/Project KPI metrics.
  • Use CMMS data to optimise existing Asset Care Strategy

Skills / Experience

  • Hold relevant Electrical / Mechanical qualifications ie C&G/NVQ/HNC
  • Understanding of Condition Monitoring Techniques (vibration, acoustic, thermography).
  • Sound Understanding of Lubrication Principles.
  • It is expected that you should have a good Industrial maintenance engineering background and have an understanding of Reliability techniques such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM)
  • Have a proven track record dealing with, maintaining and improving mechanical and electrical equipment and services.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to communicate with all levels
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills
