Responsibilities:

• Ensure commissioning and decommissioning equipment, providing guidance on equipment arrangements and coordinating installations globally.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all equipment and troubleshoot recurring breakdowns.
• Conduct thorough training for equipment operators, maintenance technicians, and supervisors, ensuring they are equipped to operate and maintain equipment effectively.
• Provide technical support both remotely and on-site, responding promptly to customer queries and assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supervise workshop operations, production output, and adherence to quality procedures, providing recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyse data, and propose action plans for enhancing safety, reliability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Establish and maintain strong communication with customers, reporting any deviations from standard processes and identifying opportunities for service enhancements.
• Stay updated on competitors' activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of products, equipment, and processes.

💼 Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience in a customer service role and quality control/inspection is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly (30-50% of the time) for short periods.
• Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, automation, and hydraulic systems.
