Hygiene Site Services Supervisor
Temporary position but for the right person this will progress to a permanent position
Monday to Friday 40 hours a week
Hours can be flexible from 06.00am to 18.00pm
£16.82 an hour

Main responsibilities:
*Allocating of individuals to specific tasks and areas as appropriate, based on scheduled tasks for continuous improvement.
*Ensuring work is carried out to the required standard. Operative training and validation of work standards needs to be coordinated to achieve this.
*Train and develop Site Services team members to enable them to work safely and efficiently, enabling progression where possible.
*Keep records as required to adhere to the company and third-party standards.
*Provide an auditing resource for appropriate procedures and other areas within your scope of training.
*Report any non-conformance's identified through the Production or Compliance (or Deputy)
*Organise the team's holidays and site welfare arrangements, resource for deputising arrangements.
*Effectively manage the site pest control requirements, with effective record keeping for compliance with a proactive site repose to encourage continuous improvements.
*Effectively manage the site waste requirements, with effective record keeping for Environmental compliance.
*Work as part of the wider management team to influence other team members on challenging food safety standards for improvements within the HACCP system / team.
