An opportunity to develop within Golf Club Hospitality, currently working with an exclusive golf club in Leicestershire, looking for an Experienced Front of House Manager. The role will be to support the Club Manager and Directors in the development of the club and looking after the members and club guests. 

You will have automony in organising events and business brought to the club. 

Job Description

Manage the bar and clubhouse facility with other B&C staff to ensure we have a well organised and functioning team working to achieve aims and targets

2) Work to keep our Clubhouse safe at all times

3) In the absence of the Clubhouse Manager, be first contact for clubhouse suppliers/contractors and arrange maintenance visits by appropriate contractors

4) To work with Cleaning Contractor to ensure Clubhouse is clean as per cleaning spec

5) In the absence of the Clubhouse Manager work with Linen Supply Contractor to ensure optimum quantity of clean linen is maintained
6) Support Clubhouse Manager and Head Chef in the management of B&C staff training and recording in Club records
7) Support Clubhouse Manager and Head Chef with staff rotas for all clubhouse and kitchen staff including sourcing casual staff if needed.
