Our client, an Interiors Refurbishment and Fit Out Contractor, based in Sheffield, are currently seeking an Estimator to join them due to continued growth. In this position the Estimator will be responsible for the pricing of their own projects. These projects are predominately within the Commercial, Leisure and Local Authority sector, of values up to £2 million.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking to further grow and expand in their estimating career. This is a client of ours with a strong reputation in the industry for the service and quality they provide.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience within a similar position. A full driving license is a required.

Estimator Position Overview

• Preparation of contract documents
• Preparation of cost estimates and cost plans
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Estimator Position Requirements

• Prior experience within an Estimating position
• Fit out and refurbishment experience
• A professional degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant degree
• Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam)
• Full driving license - Happy to travel as required

Estimator Position Remuneration

• Salary: £40k - £55k DOE
• Holidays + Bank Holidays - Increasing on years' service, after one years' service you are also eligible to have your birthday off
• Pension - Employer will match employees' contribution
• Pool Car - For site visits
